We ship to Germany and to all EU countries available at checkout.

All orders are shipped with DHL.

Shipping Costs

Germany: €5.95 – free on orders of €80 or more
Other EU countries: €10.95 – free on orders of €100 or more

All prices include VAT. The shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout before you place your order. No customs duties apply to deliveries within the EU.

Delivery Times

Germany: usually 2–4 business days after dispatch
Other EU countries: usually 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination

Tracking

All orders are shipped as tracked DHL parcels. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at info@xeya.eu and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
